Premier Lifestyle is designed not only to help you lose those unwanted kilos but also to support you along the way through the 10 week course and after you have finished the course. EXERCISE YOU CAN HANDLE

Our 10 week course consists of 10 information sessions where UK trained nutritional experts together with UK trained personal instructors will explain to you the ins and outs of a healthy lifestyle.  A once a week information session gives you the opportunity to join a support group session. During these sessions you will also have the opportunity to discuss any difficulties that you may have with the programme as well as learning from the experiences of others.

You will also have access to exclusive online support throughout the program as well as an introduction to an exercise programme.
